Åre Chokladfabrik AB was founded in 1991. We produce hand-made chocolates in our factory in Åre.

Prices:

Prices in the webshop are stated in SEK (Swedish krona).
All prices include 12% VAT.
Delivery charges are always SEK 60 per package.

Payment via Klarna:

We cooperate with Klarna AB who offer payment by invoice, credit card and direct payment via your bank. Please note that we are only able to accept Klarna payments from, and within, Sweden. We do not accept Klarna payments from other countries.

 

Order information:

When you place an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided during the payment process. If there is an error in your order, please contact us straight away via email or telephone.

Delivery:

Products are sent using the postal services’ first class goods letter if you order a maximum of 5 cones. They are normally delivered straight to your letter box the day after they are sent. However, if the package is too big for your letter box, it is taken to the postal service centre for your area; you will be notified that you can collect your package either by text message (if you provided your mobile number) or by letter.

MyPack is delivered straight to the postal service centre in your area. If you have provided your mobile number you will be notified by text message, otherwise you will receive a notification letter in the post. If you select MyPack delivery, you can choose to track your package using the tracking number we will send you.
If you order brittle, boxes, or more than 5 cones, your package is automatically sent via MyPack.

All packages are sent via the postal service and the delivery times are 1-3 working days.
Orders placed on weekends are sent the following Monday.

 

Complaints:

Please tell us why the product is unacceptable and the way you in which you feel it is faulty. We will then send you instructions and a prepaid slip for return postage. Always inform us of any problems as soon as possible.

Uncollected packages:

Uncollected packages are automatically returned to us after 14 days.
Uncollected packages are not considered cancelled orders.

Costumer data shared with Klarna:

We cooperate with Klarna and therefore share some customer data, used for such things as billing and delivery of products, with Klarna. We are careful not to share any unnecessary or particularly sensitive information with partners.
